You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and providing strategic guidance to senior management as well as HR benefits. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, business development expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Duties:- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization- Manage and optimize revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant financial regulations- Analyze and create profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide accurate financial reporting to senior management- Oversee expense management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with tax deposits
-Experience in AP and processing Payroll
-Maintain 401K entries and contributions
-Producing end of year W2's and 1099's
-On boarding new employees, enrollment with health ins, dental, vision, E-verify, I9, 401K enrollment
\_ Maintaining Employee Handbook
-Bussiness License renewals- Other as needed HR benefits implementation
Qualifications:- CPA Degree or Accounting Degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
-Proficient in microsoft excel
- Experience with Quick Books- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role with HR experience- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and business development initiatives
