Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid) Variable Hours
Job Overview:The Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent to support federal contracting IT projects.
This is a variable hour position to be around 10 - 16 hours a week in the onset.
This position requires experience with RFPs and SOWs to identify staffing needs, while leveraging AI tools to streamline the recruitment process. The ideal individual will provide integral support to the Business Development team on new business staffing. The ideal candidate has a solid background in human resources, full-cycle recruitment, and federal contracting. As a key player in recruitment strategy, the Talent Acquisition Partner will lead kick-off meetings, collaborate with hiring managers, and deliver innovative sourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze RFPs and SOWs to understand project requirements and determine talent needs for federal IT contracts.Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance sourcing and candidate selection processes, improving efficiency and quality of hires.Collaborate with business development to understand staffing needs for new federal contracts and upcoming projects.Conduct kick-off meetings with hiring managers and project teams to clarify job roles, responsibilities, and key qualifications needed for open positions.Collaborate with federal contracting stakeholders to ensure compliance with government regulations and contract-specific requirements.Assist in recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of federal IT contracting, ensuring the alignment of talent acquisition goals with organizational objectives.Source and recruit qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including AI tools, social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, providing excellent communication and support throughout the process.Stay current on trends and innovations in talent acquisition, AI, and federal contracting to ensure the recruitment process is cutting-edge and compliant with industry standards.Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to provide insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and sourcing strategies for high-demand IT roles.Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring transparency and data-driven improvements to the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Prior experience working with federal contracts, RFPs, and SOWs, specifically within IT roles.Strong familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies.Proven ability to lead recruitment kick-off meetings and collaborate with hiring managers to meet project-based staffing needs.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.Familiarity with federal employment laws, government contracting compliance, and IT recruitment best practices.Previous experience in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment management tools.Knowledge of AI tools for recruitment such as AI-based resume screening, predictive analytics, or sourcing automation.HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $39/HR to $52/HR per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary is $44.28/HR. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
