See how we've been recognized for this dedication to our employees by checking out our recent awards .Launch Consultant - AssociateThe Launch Consultant (LC) works in partnership with our university and community college partners and with internal teams, alongside the Strategic Leader (SL) and Business Analyst, to manage our Student Success Technology partner implementations. This includes managing project timelines, consulting partners on workflow design related to implementation, and ensuring partners successfully go live on time, and gain early value in our technology. The Launch Consultant has the primary responsibility for supporting client relationships in collaboration with the SL, given a client’s goals, resources and timeline.In addition to partnering with senior academic leaders (including but not limited to Provosts and Vice Provosts) to implement our student success technology platform, the LC will work with academic advising and other support departments to drive depth and breadth of use of the platform, leverage analytics to identify new areas of opportunity, and work with senior academic leaders to identify and overcome systemic obstacles to student retention and graduation success.

This position may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment in the continental U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:Implementing Student Success Technology:Develop an understanding of partner goals and keep abreast of changes in the partner's situation; communicate these goals and changes to the project teamCollaborate with the Strategic Leader and Business Analyst in leading the partner project team throughout implementation, ensuring goal and priority alignmentMaintain the end-to-end relationship with universities and community colleges utilizing EAB’s Student Success technology, from initial onboarding, to go-live, through user training, project management, and consultingComplete gap analysis of existing advising, support processes and student experience across each school as a means of identifying missed opportunities developing the optimal workflow integration of the platformMonitor technology implementation progress, answer questions and devise solutions to partner problemsWork with partner on appropriate change management strategies to implement the platformPartner with EAB technical/data support staff and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of our technology platformTake appropriate action when dealing with project risk and less desirable outcomes during implementation.Driving Student Success Technology ImpactServe as the central point of contact, working closely with the project owner and application administrators at each partner institution through the full implementation process and post-implementation, helping communicate updates to program sponsors/senior leaders as neededAt times, partner with the SL in leading and facilitating partner discussions and meetings both via phone and in personDevelop engagement strategies with key stakeholdersProvide feedback and support to product management team to continue to further refine and enhance the technologyBasic Qualifications:2+ years of work experienceMust possess at least two of the following:Consulting experienceExperience working in the higher education industryExperience presenting to groups or facilitating training sessionsDemonstrable analytical reasoning or quantitative analysisExperience facilitating and managing organizational changeExperience communicating with senior leadership and or executive teams.Willingness to travel 30 - 50% domestically (varies by product)Valid driver’s licenseIdeal Qualifications:Deep knowledge of academic advising and undergraduate programmingConsulting experience in the areas of enrollment management and student retention/successProven ability to drive change and achieve results in an academic settingExperience working with student information systems and student dataCommitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working and continual learning environment in support of EAB’s DE&I PromiseIf you’ve reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do! Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
