The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Consumer Services, Inc. DBA Taylor Life Center, is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide the organization in its mission to empower people to navigate their journey to wellness, invest in the well-being of the communities, the people we serve, and team members.

Qualifications and Education Minimum Requirements

18 years of age or older

Possess a valid driver’s license

Possess reliable transportation

Must have a working telephone

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required in a Human Service Field; Master’s degree preferred

Five (5) or more years of experience in the administration of a behavioral health organization.

Must maintain required trainings and/or requirements, which include, but are not limited to:

All CMH required trainings, initially and annually

Recipient Rights and confidentiality trainings/standards

TLC policies, procedures, work rules, ethical standards, and CARF standards

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Ability to be a team player
