Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate SLP to join our team in Caldwell, ID for the 2024-25 school year.
In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Your expertise will help students improve their communication skills, empowering them to achieve academic success and build meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff.Monitor and document students' progress.Provide support and training to school staff on speech and language development.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho.ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills.
