Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed In Lisbon, ME
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lisbon, ME. This is a full-time, contract position providing vital services to students in a school setting. As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver high-quality speech and language therapy.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.Qualifications:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:
