The Senior Consultant, Payroll provides strategic advice to companies to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business efficiency and profitability through the configuration and use of technology tools. They act as a partner with the customer's project team to leverage the Infor solutions providing guidance and knowledge to the team. Your role as a Senior Consultant, Payroll will be to collaborate with clients, advising them how to use information technology to meet objectives. You'll work to improve structure and efficiency of technology solutions in various organizations.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively to capture design and document requirements, test functional and/or technical configurations and development in support of project objectivesProvide guidance and insight in the analysis of customer business requirements mentoring less experienced consultantsParticipate and assist in conducting design workshops and lead presentations to facilitate continuous improvement effortsParticipate and/or conduct workshops to provide knowledge transfer and/or training to customer resourcesParticipate and assist in facilitating system testing, integration testing and resolve errorsParticipate in and/or conduct interviews to gather, analyze and document information and business requirementsUnderstand latest industry trends and correlates them to existing service offeringsIdentify potential business opportunities and notify Project Management or Director of Business DevelopmentContribute to proposals, presentations, and other business development activities as a subject matter expertUnderstand and adhere to established project management policies and procedures utilizing established project standardsIdentify potential risks, issues and concerns or conflicts in a timely manner and present to project leadershipIdentify items that may exceed defined project scope and present to project leadershipDemonstrate a strong work ethic and ownership of work product and work in a fast-paced, team environmentAdhere to and support ROI core values

ROI Performance Criteria

Ensure all project documentation is updated utilizing defined ROI templates and stored in the appropriate location within 2 business days of creation to conduct and support a seamless project auditProvide weekly status report to the Project Manager for each billable client by 3:00 PM EST on Friday of each weekAdhere to time requirements by submitting weekly time records by 5:00 PM EST Saturday for the week work was performedUtilize remote work collaboration tools (Teams, etc.) for communication with other team members and clients, being logged in and available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in your respective time zone, or the time zone of your assigned clientDemonstrate a strong work ethic and ownership of work products and work in a fast-paced, team environmentMaintains regular, consistent attendance and open communication with Project Managers, other Directors, and VPsCompletes all annual education/competency requirements; demonstrates ROI core values, adheres to policies and proceduresTarget being 85 percent billable; available to travel 25-50 percent of the time

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years ERP-based consulting or equivalent work experience desired and relevant Infor product certification(s)Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience in the functional design, implementation and support of the Infor CloudSuite Payroll solutionInitiative to gain knowledge of current solutions and/or technologies in order to maintain and advance your expertiseWillingness to participate in presentations and learning opportunities with both functional and technical teamsAbility to work to ensure customer satisfaction through quality and consistent execution of the ROI methodology
