Job Description
CyberArk is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented
Commissions Analyst
to support the administration of our
Quarterly Incentive Plans (QIP) , with a focus on managing accruals, payment files, and ensuring compliance through audits. This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, and external auditors to drive the effective execution of our compensation programs. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our compensation systems, managing
cost models , and administering
Xactly
for compensation calculations.
In this multifaceted position, you'll support strategic design and operational aspects of our QIP and other key initiatives across the company. Your ability to collaborate across departments will help ensure timely and accurate payout processing, audit compliance, and ongoing improvements to our compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the
Quarterly Incentive Plan (QIP) Management , including
accruals ,
payment files , and
cost model management .Serve as a
liaison to QIP payees , ensuring timely communication and resolving any compensation-related issues.Collaborate with external auditors (EY/Deloitte) to ensure compliance with
SOX
regulations through detailed documentation and reporting.Manage the administration of
Xactly , including system configurations, policy updates, and annual compensation plan rollouts.Lead the execution of
SPIFF programs
and track results to ensure proper payout and alignment with organizational goals.Support ongoing
expense tracking
for incentive plans, ensuring all costs are accurately captured and reported.Drive initiatives aligned with
critical business priorities
to support evolving compensation strategies and ensure they contribute to overall organizational goals.Manage internal and external
benchmarking exercises
and sales compensation audits to maintain competitive and compliant programs.Support development of
Sales Effectiveness Dashboards
using
Tableau
to deliver real-time insights on compensation performance and effectiveness.#LI-CT1
Qualifications
2+ years
of experience in Sales Operations, Financial Analysis, or Commission Analysis, preferably with a focus on incentive plans or compensation administration.Bachelor's degree
in Finance, Business, or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelIdeally will have experience with Xactly or similar commissions systems (e.g., Callidus, Anaplan).Xactly or similar commissions systems (e.g., Callidus, Anaplan).Experience with
accruals, cost model management , and
auditing processes
related to SOX compliance.Strong understanding of financial
auditing practices
and ability to coordinate with external auditors (EY/Deloitte) to ensure compensation compliance.Familiarity with
SPIFF programs
and experience tracking and managing payout cycles.Demonstrated experience with
data analysis and reporting , particularly through
Tableau
for sales performance insights.Strong
attention to detail , with excellent
analytical, organizational , and
problem-solving
skills.Adaptability to function in a
fast-paced , hyper-growth environment with evolving priorities.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance.
