Expected Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 (based on experience)

What will the Help Desk do?

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, handling both phone and desk-side assistance for legal software like Microsoft 365, iManage, and Elite 3E
  • Build and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, and manage video conferencing systems like Cisco and Logitech
  • Support firm members in multiple locations remotely and in person as needed, while ensuring quick resolutions of IT issues using TOPdesk ticketing
  • Collaborate on IT projects and operational initiatives, assist in server/network tasks, and provide new hires with their technology setups

What the company needs in a Help Desk associate:

  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm environment, specifically supporting Document Management Systems (iManage preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and IP networking
  • Ability to diagnose and repair PC, laptop, and printer issues, with solid experience in mobile device management
  • Customer-focused approach, able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
