Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- HR Leadership: Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of talented finance and HR professionals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and HR regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in HR leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
