Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.Conduct in-depth analysis of trends and anomalies in data to provide strategic recommendations.Data Management & Architecture:
Assist in designing and implementing data architecture to support analytics and business intelligence requirements.Participate in data migration projects, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data transfer.Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure proper data governance and infrastructure.SQL & Database Management:
Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from various sources.Maintain and improve database systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for end-users.Data Visualization & Presentation:
Create meaningful and easy-to-understand data visualizations using Power BI and Excel.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data is effectively communicated to drive business decisions.Data Integrity & Quality Control:
Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of datasets.Implement and maintain data validation procedures to enhance the reliability of reporting.Perform other work related tasks as assigned.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with data architecture, management, and migration projects.Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.Strong expertise in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and reporting.Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics is a plus.JOB REQUIREMENTS
