THE TYPE OF HVAC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent1+ year(s) of sales experienceAbility to negotiate effectively to close deals, manage client expectations, and navigate pricing discussionsStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with CRM and sales tools

Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred but not required. Strong networking skills within the HVAC industry are also ideal. This candidate should be able to be flexible and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions, customer needs, or internal priorities.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR HVAC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Whether you are

full- or part-time, your workweek will be during hours of operation, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM . You won't need to report to a central location; instead, you'll dispatch daily to your job site directly from your home, allowing for flexibility and comfort as you grow your professional network.

As a full- or part-time Business Development Representative, you will kick off your day by identifying potential clients and conducting research to gather valuable leads. You'll reach out to businesses and individuals who may require HVAC services, nurturing those leads and scheduling meetings for in-depth discussions. Building and maintaining strong connections with existing and prospective clients will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, as you strive to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Throughout your day, you'll engage with clients, offer exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the sales team to execute effective strategies based on market research.
