www.ucihealth.org.Your Role on the TeamPosition Summary:The Network Development Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategy and network development across the health system. This person applies multiple methods and services to strengthen relationships and meet the needs of physicians in the marketplace. This specialist would be responsible for supporting new outreach strategies for network growth opportunities with physicians and affiliates. The network specialist works closely with the network and business development senior managers to deploy, measure, and optimize multiple channels to build the physician network. This position supports the analytics and reporting functions across multiple platforms, synthesizing data and making recommendations.What It Takes to be SuccessfulRequired Qualifications:Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobMinimum 3 years' experience in related area.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrates excellent organizational abilities, mature interpersonal relationships, as well as strong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and directionAbility to understand and provide service area intelligence to aid strategic development, operational flows and business growth initiativesAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health SystemPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with multi-channel content platformsPrevious experience working in business development, sales, marketing, or related job in the Orange County healthcare marketKnowledge of University and Medical Center organizations, policies, procedures and formsExperience and knowledge of health care industry trends, with knowledge of medical center or health system product lines and services.Conditions of Employment:The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for the entire UCI community.
