Schedule : Full-time. Hybrid, Day shift.

Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization including the marketing budget, and ensure adherence to budgets over timeDevelop and conduct market opportunity analysis including environmental, competitor, customer, industry & dynamic and strategic changeManage internal and external brand awareness, including print and online materialsManage external vendors and vendor relationships which may assist in marketing effortsDevelop business case deliverables for executive-level presentations to achieve buy-in for strategic recommendationsBe a dynamic presenter who can tailor to meet needs of a particular audience, including executive leadership, external partners, and physiciansDevelop, measure and report on key success metrics for the marketing initiatives, holding team accountable to KPI as appropriateCommunicate strategies, establish policy guidelines, and effectively build relationships with partnersIdentify resources that maximize internal and external communicationsOversight of strategy for patient growth in partnership with OperationsEnsure adherence to brand guidelines and brand integrityREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business development, communications, business or related fieldMinimum of three years' experience in a manager or director role within healthcare communication and/or a marketing environment.Knowledge of the healthcare field (required) and orthopedics (preferred)Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance standards preferredKnowledge of dynamics and best practices for improving patient acquisitionKnowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media advertising platforms, with an eye for designKnowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities
