What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Leader within our Corporate Overhead division based outside the Atlanta area. This position falls under our information security line of business. As an IT Infrastructure Leader, you will be responsible for leading the IT Systems in North America, on premise, private and public cloud environments. This is a critical leadership position within our infrastructure computing organization focused on supporting run activity for all Microsoft Windows-based systems but limited to the Microsoft platform. The successful candidate will require a strong people managerial, and process background, and be able to drive towards an efficient and effective team.

As an IT Infrastructure Leader, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment reporting to our Peachtree Corners office location.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Leading, growing and supporting some of the best technical talent in the industryLeading a team of professionals who serve as deep technical individuals and drives operational stability through continuous process improvement, pro-active planning, trending and capacity management, monitoring, incident and problem management.Planning, prioritizing, translating, communicating, and implementing the broader business strategy at the team level, defined by its organization leader, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth mindsetQualifications
& Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.3-5 years in a DevOps role with a focus on automation for on-premises environments.Active Directory - (Site Topology, DNS, Enterprise CA and AD Design Skills)Windows Server: 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008Windows Infrastructure and Domain Administration: DNS, DHCP, Account Management, Group PolicyUnderstanding of system architecture: storage solutions, network topologies, security best practice, etc.Azure AD/Microsoft 365 Exchange Administration/Configuration/Trouble ShootingExperience within financial services, retail, or technology companies.Experience and understanding of software systems designs and builds.Designing build systems within a pipeline workflow (e.g., npm, dotnet, etc.)Advanced experience with BitBucket and GitLab administration and pipelines.Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automating administrative tasks.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy, for on-prem deployment automation.Experience with containerization technologies is nice to have (e.g., Docker).Strong understanding of networking principles and security best practices within on-prem environments.Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and infrastructure teams.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable automation processes.Benefits & Perks
