Reporting directly to the founding attorney, Shaun Southworth, the Director of Operations will serve as the operational backbone of the firm. This role demands a highly organized and driven individual who can translate strategic visions into actionable operational plans, ensuring every aspect of the firm runs smoothly and effectively. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, managing KPIs, and overseeing staff, while fostering a client-centric approach that ensures high levels of satisfaction.
What you'll do:
KPI Management:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.Regularly analyze KPI data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on KPI performance for leadership and stakeholders.Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that support the firm's growth and objectives.Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.Oversee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Implement effective project management methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Technology Optimization:
Evaluate and optimize the firm's technology systems, including MyCase, Clio Grow, and other relevant software.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through technology integration and automation.Provide training and support to staff on the effective use of technology tools.Financial Oversight:
Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses.Manage vendor contracts to optimize costs and ensure value.Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation.Training and Development:
Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.Develop and implement ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote continuous learning.Identify training needs and create tailored programs to address skill gaps and support career growth.Client Experience:
