Capability Unit

Metrea Algorithmics (MAX) provides unique engineering services, cloud-based cyber operations infrastructure, advanced tactics, techniques and procedures training, and a full suite of wireless communications survey and reconnaissance sensors that enable real-time multi-domain awareness while enhancing command and control.

Position Summary

Reporting into the Head of Products within MAX and supporting the greater Electromagnetic and Cyber Group with signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyberspace (SI/EW/Cyber) technical acumen, the Technical Product Manager is responsible for (1) development, sustainment, and execution of SI/EW/Cyber training courses within MAX, (2) designing, testing, maintaining, and delivering best in class products, and (3) advising DOD clients on the integration and employment of EMCG products operationally and in exercises and test events.

Role and Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and management of MAX's technical products with particular focus on the implementation of effective, efficient, and scalable processes that assist in execution of the business, customer and mission support, and development of new technologies. Cross-functional collaboration across Capability Units to achieve EMCG goals. Identify areas of the technology related to SI/EW/Cyber products and engineering for inclusion in roadmaps. Systems integration. Remote and field support to customers using MAX products. Systems troubleshooting, bug identification, test plan execution, and documentation related to system baselines. Deliver standard and customized training, maintain programs of instruction, and develop new courses based on new MAX products and emerging technologies. Skills and Experience

Experience: 14+ years of total experience. 4+ years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) intelligence operations (SIGINT, EW, CYBER). 4+ years in technical project management and systems engineering. Education: Desired, bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Computer Skills: Solid computer knowledge with experience in multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux) Firm understanding of IP networking and computer information systems. Knowledgeable in wireless communication protocols such as Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Ability to interface with senior external/internal customers and have excellent presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced level in Microsoft Excel Our Culture

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.

Travel requirements are up to 10% CONUS and OCONUS
