The Laboratory Analyst position is designed to manage and coordinate laboratory administration, including purchasing, maintenance and calibration of all laboratory equipment and all material and ingredients supply to ensure the present and future operational needs. What You'll Do for Us
To ensure sampling, examining, and testing all merchandises, ingredients, and finished products for compliance with quality standards and ensure that their retention samples are stored properly after their release.
Establish the testing capability and develop the testing methods for all new ingredients and finished products to ensure new product launching in a defined timeframe.
Timely performs sensory testing according to work instruction on water, raw materials, finished products, and the factory environment to ensure compliance to regulatory and company standards.
Ensure that all documentations are fully completed -maintains laboratory logs and records to ensure traceability.
Ensure continued professional development and maintain current knowledge on new lab equipment in a defined frequency to ensure it generates the accurate and precise testing result consistently.
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy of data and analytical processes which may include testing record and calibration record, statistical process control, correlation studies, notebook review, and/or traceability exercises.
Design and implements procedures and guidelines for GLP's and analytical methods to assure accuracy of results and the maintenance of operational status of equipment.
Develop and deploy laboratory-operating protocols, including calibration and validation protocols.
Develop a networking with analytical and application laboratories within The Coca-Cola system to share good practices and improve our processes and capabilities.
Manage and coordinate all the activities to maintain the stock of the ingredients and materials needed to produce prototypes and assure the shelf life of ingredients meeting quality requirements, including storage conditions, inventory rotation and allergens control.
Coordinate the provision of training resources for laboratory methodologies and GLPs.
Become the SME on analytical aspects to support trouble shooting issues, advice on analytical methods and support on the development of new categories including all the analytical methods required for nutrition category.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree on chemistry, food science, or related field with broad experience in chemical analytical tests.
Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, and disposal methods.
Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation to include the range, use, repair, calibration, and maintenance.
Knowledge of quality control, costs, requirements and the environmental impact of chemicals and supplies used in the laboratory.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Ability to anticipate laboratory needs to ensure good quality control measures are met.
Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
Advanced Food Quality Assurance and Quality system knowledge
Proven Multifunctional Teamwork
Proficient on communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
Advanced knowledge on data audit to ensure accuracy of data and analytical processes.
Broad knowledge on digital tools and database development to capture and extract information,

Available for Sunday-Saturday rotating shift. Week 1: 3days at 12hrs per day Week 2: 4days at 11hrs per day.

Pay Range:$56,100 - $75,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.5
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
