This self-motivated, data-driven and tech savvy marketing communications leader will prioritize projects needed by the company and drive multiple projects forward. This team builder will lead others and be a creative contributor and interdepartmental collaborator. Strongly qualified applicants will have experience with project management and possess attention to details analytical skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage market research, advertising, promotions for the company. Ensure that marketing and messaging aligns with corporate goals and that the brand is consistent across all communications. Develop marketing campaigns based on market research, handle web marketing, and branding.Manage the coordination of customer events and trade shows. Establish and maintain vendor, distributor, and customer relations. Function as the "MarCom Manager" for the Company.

Manage the external communications per voestalpine standards.Coordinate marketing activities and communications with the global marketing team based in Europe and ensures global marketing team guidelines for brand and content are metTravel to Europe annually or as needed for global MarCom advisor meetingsLead internal communications via newsletters, blogs, social media and print to promote our amazing cultureSupport the branding efforts for company across divisions and physical locationsManage Social media strategy and executionPerform Market research for vertical market managersEnsure website maintenance for content, branding and relevanceCoordinate Exhibitions with sales as neededCollaborate with sales and business development on the growth of our CRM platform and applicable data analyticsTravel to customers as needed to support customer satisfaction and keep us One Step Ahead.Schedule: This position is overtime-exempt and will primarily workeight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Hours may be 8 - 5 or similar. May also work or travel nights or weekends for events, training, special projects, customer visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Media Production, Communications, Journalism or similar and/or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant work experience and other training may be considered equivalent.Five or more years' related experience. Experience should include:
Leadership of branding, communications and marketing efforts to include projects, timelines, people.Content creation including video or image, from concept to publish.Target audience segmentation, messaging and brand communications guidelinesEmail Marketing, Social Media & Advertising, CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO and SEMCRM (SalesForce preferred), analytics and reporting
Presentation and computer skills / PC / Microsoft OfficeTechnical skills to include: Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, SalesForce or similar CRMDeadline-driven and experience with project planning and project managementDetail-oriented and strong organization skills, including time managementWilling to live within a commutable distance of Shelbyville, KY and work onsite or hybrid schedule after training is completed.Able to travel domestically - up to 10% of the time. Must possess valid driver's license (insurable with good driving record). Possible international travel once per year.US Person as defined by ITAR / EARPreferred
