The Human Resources Coordinator will support all facets of the employee life cycle. This position will also provide a variety of HR administrative support.
Essential Job DutiesCompletes the on-boarding process for all new teammates.Processes and/or review HR transactions.Preforms customer service functions by answering questions from teammates via phone or email regarding human resources policies or offerings.Discuss processing issues with management.Maintains records of completed transactions.Inputs HR related data and compiles standard reports as requested.Help with special projects as requested.Manages the unemployment process.Ensures compliance for background checks, MVRs, internal safety programs, etc.Use sound judgment in applying concepts and guidelines.Follow through on commitments and take responsibility for resultsPrioritize assignments, identify, and report any barriers to leaders.Other duties as assigned.Skill/Requirements
High school diploma or GEDMinimum 0 to 2 years of related experience in Human Resources or customer serviceOutstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience using Workday cloud applications for HR.Detail orientedExcellent customer serviceMust have professional phone etiquette.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Ability to multitask.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
