Brief Overview:
The Senior Business Communications Analyst at Amwell Medical Group (AMG) will report to the Senior Manager of Provider Engagement and will play a pivotal role in defining the communications landscape, directly impacting our strategic objectives and operational excellence. This position demands an individual who can not only craft communications but also directly manage complex projects and lead a team of professionals toward achieving AMG's communications goals. You will leverage your professional acumen to develop innovative engagement models, drive cross-functional collaboration, and significantly contribute to AMG's growth and profitability.
Core Responsibilities:Craft and execute a metrics-driven communications strategy that aligns with AMG's mission and business objectives, leading to increased engagement within the clinician network.Create communication templates, guidelines, and frameworks.Analyze communication channels and methods to assess effectiveness.Drive improvements that enable Amwell Medical Group to scale high-volume communications efficiently by effectively deploying industry best practices that leverage technology to drive automation, speed, and quality.Coordinate and manage communications with internal stakeholders, including medical leadership.Manage the delivery of content for AMG's clinician network, including newsletters, announcements, product updates, FAQs, lifecycle communications, transactional emails, etc.Own communications, engagement recommendations, and goal achievement related to provider engagement initiatives.Partner with clinical leadership to plan and deliver live webinars and maintain the AMG intranet.Effectively communicate information to stakeholders at all levels within and outside of AMG, adapting styles to ensure clarity and impact.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.A minimum of 5+ years of communications and engagement experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.Proven track record of strategic leadership, including successful project management and innovation in communications.Ability to lead and direct both projects and teams, with significant financial accountability.Excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing diverse audiences, from senior leadership to end-users.Proficiency in managing multi-channel customer engagement platforms.Willingness to adapt, evolve, and grow with the changing needs of our providers and the company.Additional information

The typical base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $88,000. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
