Brief Overview:
Working closely with cross-functional business partners, the Business Intelligence Developer will proactively identify, define, and lead the development of BI reporting solutions. In this role, you'll be updating existing reports with new data on a recurring basis and responding to business requests for new analytic deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an insatiable curiosity. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively identify and lead opportunities to improve processes and deliverables while demonstrating quality and accuracy of data assets and analytic deliverables through close attention to detail and strong follow-through. This role offers opportunities for growth within the broader team as we expand our telehealth solution to more customers and new capabilities, as you'll pitch in to support our overall workload.
Core Responsibilities:Identify and lead the development of scalable and automated analytic processes and workflowsIdentify and lead the development of ETL data flowsEnsure quality and accuracy of data assets and analytic deliverablesIdentify and lead initiatives to improve processes for, and the quality of, data assets and analytic deliverablesInterpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing analysis to key stakeholders as neededAnalyze data for anomalies and early indication of bugs in reportingBuild intuitive and modern analytic dashboards, while adhering to data visualization best practicesStay abreast of analytic technologies (e.g. Data lakes and analytics on AWS, R, Python, Tableau, etc.)Document programming scripts, processes, and deliverablesDevelop an internal network of colleagues, based on a reputation for collaboration, execution, and high-quality workQualifications:
Bachelors or higher in an Informatics or Quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management)3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data engineering3+ years of SQL, including complex queries of multiple data sources3+ years of developing scalable and automated ETL processes2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry (preferably in a data analyst-type role) is a plusExpert-level experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Domo, Looker, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)Expert-level data visualization skillsBasic to intermediate proficiency with general-purpose programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, VB, PHP, C++)Capable of working on multiple projects and context shifts quickly in a fast-paced environmentAbility to translate incomplete or immature objectives into well-defined requirementsExcellent verbal and written communicationFamiliarity with the healthcare industry is a plusSkills Required

The typical base salary range for this position is $92,400- $127,050. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentives and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
