We ares seeking an organized and proactive Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with various administrative and strategic tasks. The role includes assisting in event planning, preparing marketing materials, conducting research, and managing databases. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and creative environment.
Pay:
$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities:Assist with event planning, coordination, and setup for marketing events and promotional activities.Prepare marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and print collateral.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer insights.Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, compiling data into reports for review.Maintain and update customer and lead databases accurately.Support the drafting of internal communications, including newsletters and announcements.Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming sessions for new initiatives.Manage administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the marketing department.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team setting.Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn marketing fundamentals.Basic understanding of marketing concepts and enthusiasm for a marketing career.Benefits:
