Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and event planning as needed.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.Support project management by tracking timelines and deliverables.Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.Run errands and perform miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or related field is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus but not required.Benefits:
