As a Technical Program Manager reporting directly to our PMO Design Lead, you will be an integral member of the Infrastructure Design Advancement Team. This position is crucial in sustaining organizational operations for projects within design, construction, facilities, and manufacturing environments. You will lead and coordinate efforts across various cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overarching program goals and facilitating seamless execution of projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional design teams such as Factory Design, Factory Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, and other supporting functions to drive Infrastructure programsReview technical issues from a high level and assess their program-level impactsPartner with stakeholders and design leads to develop databases for design solutions to meet budget and cost targets and accelerate the development of pivotal infrastructure programsOffer innovative and timely solutions to address/overcome program challengesProduce program reports and executive summaries in tandem with functional leaders from the infrastructure organizationInnovate and implement tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to concentrate on problem-solvingReview and optimize communication and documentation to ensure clarity and brevitySupport the personal and professional growth of the team through managing training databases and developing new training programsFacilitate efficient and actionable meetings across project teams, ensuring timely follow-upsOffer organizational support to the leadership team and anticipate, plan, and synchronize internal logistics across various projects and facilities in the Bay AreaRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering disciplines or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in program managementMastery in prioritizing tasks with impeccable time management skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skillsProven ability to operate autonomously with minimal guidance, demonstrating a proactive and motivated mindsetEvident strong interpersonal skills, ensuring productive channels of communication and management of professional relationshipsEagerness to immerse oneself in projects, showcasing a hands-on approachOpen-mindedness, with an enthusiasm for exploring innovative ideas, continuous learning, and addressing challenging problemsCompensation and BenefitsBenefits
