Description

The Business Development Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and achieving the company's sales objectives. This position is a critical member of the sales and marketing team and requires a self-starter with a can-do, results-driven attitude.

Key ResponsibilitiesAttend Trade Shows segments (HOA/COA, Developer, Multifamily) to promote company products and services and build relationships with potential clients (in partnership with marketing and VP sales).Attending all CAI events, Management Company sponsored events, ULI, and NMHC events to stay updated with industry trends and network with key stakeholders.Host Webinar for Board members.Implement video marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers (partnership with marketing and VP of Sales).Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence by creating and sharing engaging content, connecting with industry professionals, and participating in relevant groups and discussions.Attend Site Surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions (as needed).Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Collaborate with sales coordinator to organize events, webinars and other promotional activities to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Meeting KPI's goals for all activities.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

3+ years of market development/research experience.Bachelor's degree (B.S.), preferably in Business and/or a minimum of six years of related experience.3+ years proven ability to analyze, and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.Proven track record of achieving and beating quotas/targets.Knowledge of the bulk services market or telecommunications in Texas.Excellent time management, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.Strong and effective communication skills both orally and written.Additional Job Considerations
