Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, talent management, and strategic planning, along with proficiency in HR software such as ADP.
Duties- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.- Oversee talent management initiatives to develop employee skills and career paths.- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.- Administer employee benefits programs, including workers' compensation claims and payroll.- Collaborate with management on strategic planning related to workforce needs and organizational development.- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.- Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives and improvements.
Experience- Proven experience in human resources or related field is essential.- Familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP is preferred.- Strong understanding of employment labor law and compliance issues.- Experience in talent management, recruiting, and employee orientation is highly desirable.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
