at American College of Radiology, your role revolves around maintaining websites, providing user support, and implementing enhancements to ensure an optimized, user-friendly experience. Your day will start with: A daily “stand-up”; a System health check; Reviewing newly assigned support tickets; and Addressing bug fix(es). Afternoons will be spent enhancing the system and implementing new features: Sprint development; Code review; Documentation of changes; and Training users. At the end of the busy and rewarding day, you have continued to ensure system reliability while continuously enhancing features to support user needs and business objectives. Responsibilities:

Daily Stand-up: The day typically starts with a quick stand-up meeting with the team, where you'll discuss ongoing projects, current issues, and tasks for the day.System Health Check: Perform daily system checks to confirm site stability, server health, and performance metrics.Support Tickets: Part of the morning is often spent reviewing any new tickets assigned and responding to user requests and then resolving setup related issues reported by site admins or other users.Bug Fix(s): As you address support tickets, you may find minor bugs or improvement opportunities. You’ll apply quick fixes where needed or document more complex issues for future updates.Sprint Development: The afternoon is dedicated to working on feature enhancements tasks assigned as part of Sprint. You’ll working closely with stakeholders, you translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing and implementing new features.Code Review: You will review the code submitted by other team members to ensure adherence to best practices and ACR’s development standards.Documentation: You’ll wrap up the day by documenting the changes you’ve made, or creating internal documentation for any new processes.Training users: you might hold training sessions or one-on-one sessions with content editors or other users or BA to train them on the new features developed.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Information systems or related field required.10+ years of experience developing web applications using Sitecore required.Experience in Sitecore SXA, JSS Headless and forms modules is a plus.Strong proficiency in Next.js or React, and modern front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS,BootStrap,Tailwind).Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and writing queries for GraphQL (read, list, create, mutation queries) and API layer optimizations.Experience in building custom solutions using Sitecore CMS, workflow, Personalization, SEO, Multisite, and Multi-Lingual Delivery environments.Experiences in streamlining Sitecore solution deployment using DevOps.Experience with Netlify is a plus.Experience with Coveo or another enterprise search platform.Experience with SQL Server and database management.Experience with Atlassian Tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Experience with Agile software development methodologies.Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Work as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision.Willingness to learn new technologies.Sitecore Certification is preferred.Sitecore XM Cloud Certification is a plus.

This position will work a Remote schedule. When working remotely, workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized. Reliable internet connection is a must!

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $106,400 – $149,000.
