Brief Description
The general duties for this position: To be an active legal team member by providing high-quality professional legal support to in-house counsel in our various offices.
Keep cases organized by establishing and managing files. Maintain and review the attorney(s) calendar, meet deadlines, document actions, input information into the file management systems, and assist with drafting various reports and legal documents related to cases.
Review documents and distribute mail/faxes/emails. Draft legal documents and standard letters, collect and analyze information, schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and/or conduct electronic filing. Assist with the discovery process of the matter, prepare and review files set for trial. Other duties as assigned by management or as needed.
Requirements
