$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary Description POSITION: Talent SpecialistDEPARTMENT: "Human Resources" (Gillis Campus)Starting Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (Annually)(Starting salary depends on education and experience)RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborates closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Director-Operations, and HR Managers on recruitment and retention efforts. Collaborates and works closely with management and other areas of human resources to ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and a positive experience for new employees. Sources candidates through referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues. Generates and maintains internal and external job postings. Oversees the postings of advertising for open positions and manages social media career page posts. Assists creating requisitions, monitoring, and updating status as needed. Works with hiring manager to create interview guides. Maintains current file of interview guides and resource documents. Assists with screening and assessing candidates as needed and assists in creating and monitoring offer letters. Creates and distributes tasks and material through HRIS system to new hires. This position will also facilitate general HR duties.QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of experience. Minimum requirements accepted includes junior college/two-year training. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.BENEFITS:
