Join a groundbreaking early childhood mental health collective addressing mental, emotional and behavioral care for ages birth through preschool children, along with their families and team members at two local early childhood programs Emmanuel Family & Child Development Center and Operation Breakthrough. The Clinical Manager will work as part of an interdisciplinary and interagency team to support universal behavioral health screenings and to improve our ability to identify infants, toddlers and preschoolers with unmet behavioral health concerns and increase services that promote long-term well-being The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing direct clinical services as well as supervision of mental health services, case management, individual programming, and business aspects for the Early Childhood Collaboration. The Clinical Manager supervises the Cornerstones of Care team members at their assigned building including Mental Health Care Providers, Family Resiliency Navigators and/or Social Emotional Support Specialist. This position includes direct therapeutic support to school staff to assist them in addressing personal and professional struggles that interfere with their ability to provide services at the highest level to those under their care. May also include support to the children and families as needed. The Clinical Manager will build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, team members, and community partners to improve the quality of life and outcomes of clients. Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring that positive relationships with members of this collaborative are maintained and that the Cornerstones of Care team is fully integrated into the partner centers.QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or relatedField, ability to be licensed at the Clinical level in Missouri and Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT), minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, familiar with implications of trauma, attachment and diversity and 3 to 5 years experience working with this population. Bi-Lingual in Spanish, experience in a school-based experience or program, trained in Conscious Discipline (will be trained), registered Play Therapy-Supervisor (will be trained) preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.BENEFITS:
