Lead Product Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap while collaborating with user research, product design, engineering, analytics, and operations stakeholders and partner with cross functional teams. Lead quantitative and qualitative user research, rooted in a Human Centered Design approach, to identify product opportunities (e.g., user pain-points, needs, and wants) and inform product roadmaps. Analyze millions of records of application performance data using Microsoft Azure AppInsights, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Python, Hadoop, and Structured Query Language (SQL) to understand application users pain points and bottlenecks and prioritize them on product roadmaps. Provide recommendations to engineering and executive teams on innovative and new product opportunities. Prioritize product opportunities that are aligned with business outcomes using data-driven approaches and complex prioritization frameworks such as KANO, Story Mapping, Opportunity Tree Mapping, and RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort). Translate complex features into clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and work with product designers, engineers, data analytics, and data science teams to build globally usable, scalable software applications and platforms that are multi-tenant and de-coupled through APIs and support international localization.
Work closely with technical leaders to execute against technical visions, software, and hardware architecture (iOS vs Android) of the overall product.
Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists to build scalable data pipelines using modern big data architectures and machine learning technologies and build key metrics dashboards. Measure and improves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, wait, time, labor utilization, and capacity utilization. Create and protect Intellectual Property (IP) by filing patents for inventions in systems, processes, and products. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required:
Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management;
OR
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.Skills required:
Experience building and delivering consumer-facing, large-scale B2B and B2C products. Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative user research using data analytics, heatmaps, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to inform product roadmaps. Experience formulating hypothesis and designing statistical experimentations, including regression, variance, and clustering. Experience querying large scale data and databases using Python, Hadoop, SQL, and Java to analyze and visualize large amounts of data into actionable insights. Experience with big data architectures: Data Lake, Hadoop, Spark, and ETL. Experience with data mining. Experience designing and architecting highly scalable distributed cloud services on public clouds, including AWS and Microsoft Azure. Experience using Agile and JIRA to meet software development and product roadmap milestones. Experience with strategic planning and translating strategies into product roadmaps and execution plans. Experience with post-launch activities, including validating that the new features work as designed. Experience collecting performance metrics and customer feedback using Looker, Tableau, Databricks, and Quantum Metrics.
Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.Salary Range:
$157,636/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.Benefits:
