Drive the product lifecycle from requirements definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other launch efforts. Write technology Product Requirements Document (PRDs) with detailed requirements broken down between technology systems and UX requirements.

Review technology solutions for all dependent systems with engineering teams and finalize technology product solutions and designs. Define UX requirements and review user-experience mocks with the UX team. Help conduct user studies including executing prototype testing and conducting user interviews and surveys. Manage new product features across the end-to-end product lifecycle from design, development, and testing, including end-to-end testing, beta testing, launches, test results analysis, and scaling to chained rollouts. Define success metrics and target KPIs for new product features then work with analytics team to monitor product success and measure impact to the business. Deep dive and discover new product and growth opportunities to inform product roadmaps with data analysis, market research, competitive studies, and drivers feedback analysis. Execute metric and data analysis with tools like Splunk, Quantum Metrics, and Tableau to monitor the trends and identify gaps and useful insights to inform product decisions. Define product roadmaps with multiple initiatives, prioritize based on required efforts and estimated impact, and spread roadmaps across different quarters and sprints. Build collaborative relationships with key partners including engineering, UX, research, analytics, program teams by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicate and prioritize product roadmaps, and gain buy-in from executive leadership. Build collaborative partnership with stakeholders and review new product requirements including legal, business, operations, and other product teams to make sure all teams are aligned before finalizing technology and UX designs. Send launch announcement emails highlighting new product launches, the impact of key metrics, and next steps. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required:

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management;

OR

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.Skills required:

Experience defining detailed product solutions with system flow charts and user journeys. Experience reviewing product solutions with stakeholders. Experience defining required user-experiences for UX mocks. Experience defining success metrics for new product features to measure success and impact. Experience conducting UX mocks reviews and aligning them with user-studies, including prototype testing. Experience conducting industry and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and opportunities. Experience identifying product gaps with metrics deep-dive analysis and funnel analysis. Experience preparing quarterly product roadmaps tied to business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Experience preparing launch announcements that highlight key features, metrics impact, and contributors. Experience informing stakeholders and leadership about weekly metrics trends and issues. Experience deep diving for root cause analysis. Experience defining detailed product requirements based on tech systems. Experience identifying product and business strategy by executing deep dives on changing industry trends and customer needs.

Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.Salary Range:

$179,171/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.Benefits:
