Develop and execute a comprehensive personalization strategy for Walmart's ecommerce platforms to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to measure the effectiveness of personalization initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to develop and implement personalized product recommendations, offers, and content. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives and define personalization strategies to meet overall business priorities. Monitor and analyze the performance of personalized assets, features, campaigns, and initiatives to assess their impact on key performance metrics like Click-Through-Rates (CTRs). Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques to develop product requirements and use cases for algorithms and models that power personalization features and improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Mentor product managers, provide guidance and support to drive their professional development, and ensure team success. Build, manage, and prioritize product roadmaps to deliver customer and business outcomes. Drive the product roadmap with engineering, design, and data science teams for member personalization by defining and implementing the end-to-end customer experience. Develop and enhance products by gathering and documenting requirements, collecting, and analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives, and managing roll outs. Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft (MS) Excel, Tableau, and Cloud SQL to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Define and manage strategy and business objectives for highly complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies, developing business cases, and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required:
Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management;
OR
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.Skills required:
Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market trends and product opportunities. Experience leading end to end implementations and managing the entire product development lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch. Experience with the Agile/Scrum Methodology, including facilitating and participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Experience analyzing data and draw insights using SQL and Microsoft (MS) Excel. Experience articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence tools. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and iterate on products. Experience developing go-to-market strategies. Experience setting up and running A/B tests experiments. Experience with project management, including defining project scope, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources. Experience designing technical specifications and authoring Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Experience identifying design and engineering requirements and writing detailed functional specifications including user experience designs.
Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.Salary Range:
$157,636/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.Benefits:
