As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the company's business needs. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to configure and extend the platform, build custom applications, and ensure flawless integration with other systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ServiceNow development, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.Configure ServiceNow applications, including HR Service Delivery, Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Service Catalog.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and internal systems (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs). Managing ServiceNow Mid-server application.Build and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including design specs, technical docs, and user guides.Ensure platform stability by performing upgrades, patches, and system improvements, ensuring compatibility with business processes.Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, bugs, and defects promptly.Implement security standard processes, ensuring role-based access control and data security within ServiceNow.Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features, modules, and standard processes to ensure continuous improvement of the platform.Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow updates and customizations.
Qualifications Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3-4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.Good experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.Expertise in configuring ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.Knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.Solid understanding of ServiceNow development standard processes and system administration.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.Knowledge of HR service delivery and life cycle events is preferred but not requiredEEO Statement
