The Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and interviewing prospective candidates as well as onboarding new employees. MUST have Home Care Experience. Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients. Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTION *
Answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner.Recruits, using all resources available. Calls, screens, applicants.Interviews, screens, and tests all applicants and provides a positive candidate experience.Posts jobs and refreshes/edits weekly or as needed on job sites.Associate hiring, orientations, in-services, disciplinary actions, etc.Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.Serves as a team player within an office environment.Receives referrals and inquiries on the programs of this company.Maintains documentation of associate work record in ClearCare and ensures current and complete personnel records for all homecare associates.Performs on-call coordinator duties one week a monthAbility to multitask in a high functioning office environmentFills in as a caregiver on shifts as neededWe Offer:Weekly PayPTOSick timeBonus programPaid trainingDirect depositQualificationsProven experience in talent acquisition and recruitingStrong communication skills for effective candidate engagementExperience with HR sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Ability to conduct interviews and manage candidate evaluationsFamiliarity with employee relations and orientation processes
