Overview
JST is currently seeking a Junior Program Delivery Manager to join our team.
This position is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week onsite in San Antonio, TX.
This person would support the management of a competent workforce and ensure quality delivery of programmatic artifacts, and perform program risk management. Jr Program Delivery Manager ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver all program-level deliverables.Coordinate with development teams on the delivery of Configuration Items for each release.Administer risk management program for the portfolio.Monitor critical/one-deep staffing positions and associated risk management strategies.Evaluate processes across the portfolio seeking opportunities for innovation and automation.Engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure capability delivery.Directly supervise 25+ developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators and configuration managers.Jr Program Delivery Manager Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or BusinessCAPM certification or PMP CertificationFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies3+ years Microsoft Office productivity suite experience (O365, Teams, Sharepoint)Jr Program Delivery Manager Desired Qualifications
Scrum Master CertificationFamiliarity with DoD and industry software development life cycles for Oracle EBS, .Net & JAVA technologiesFamiliarity with software development and related knowledge management processes and tools (Atlassian experience preferred)Familiarity with the DoD and industry stand test cycles and test management tools (ALM Octane preferred)Experience with DoD (direct USAF preferred)Required Clearances and Screenings
MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
