Description:
The Program Manager (PM) will oversee the successful delivery of cyber operations training support. The PM will be the primary interface between the contractor and the government, responsible for the overall management of project execution, ensuring adherence to performance requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The PM will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines and resources, and provide strategic direction to ensure the program meets its objectives.
Senior Program Manager ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all program activities, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.Implement and maintain robust project management processes, including risk management, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of program components.Provide regular project updates, reports, and briefings to government representatives and other key stakeholders.Senior Program Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Program Management & PMP certification preferredA minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the field of cyber operations, information technology, or defense contracting.Proven track record of managing large, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and high levels of coordination.Experience in managing government contracts and familiarity with DoD project management standards and practices.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate with government representatives.Required Clearances and Screenings
MUST have an active Top Secret clearanceMUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
