Overview

JST is currently seeking a Program Manager/Site Lead to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site position in San Antonio, TX. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment, and a strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Summary

The Site Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of training operations. The Site Lead will ensure that all training activities are conducted in accordance with program requirements and standards, providing leadership and oversight to the site-specific training teams. The Site Lead will act as the primary point of contact at their location, ensuring smooth execution of training programs and efficient resolution of any issues.

PM/Site Lead Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all training activities at the designated site, ensuring they meet the program's objectives and quality standards.

Serve as the primary liaison between site personnel and the Program Manager, maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative tasks to support training delivery.

Supervise and mentor site-specific training staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Monitor and report on site performance, including progress against project milestones, and provide regular updates to the Program Manager.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety and security protocols.

Facilitate problem-solving and address any issues or challenges that arise at the site.

PM/Site Lead Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or site management, preferably within the field of cyber operations, information technology, or defense contracting.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An associate degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Relevant certifications in cyber operations, information security, or IT management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.

Proven experience in managing training programs or operations involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Familiarity with government contract management and DoD standards and practices is preferred.

Required Clearances and Screenings

MUST have an active Top Secret clearance.
