LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a multi-billion-dollar business for LinkedIn with tremendous growth opportunities ahead. As a PMM Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business through the evangelization of our portfolio of advertising products and features. In this role, we’re looking for a seasoned leader with expertise in ads measurement, a talent for empowering teams, the ability to drive business objectives, and a knack for using customer insights to shape R&D decisions. Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, the ability to lead and influence multiple projects simultaneously, and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a high-performing team of product marketers to deliver against business results. Cultivate talent and contribute to the professional growth of a team of direct reports.
Partner closely with a broad range of product, sales and marketing leaders to develop solution-level strategies across complex areas.
Distill and surface the voices of customers, agencies, field, and industry to drive meaningful action on R&D decisions, build marketing and messaging frameworks, and develop GTM motions.
Understand trends in the measurement landscape that may influence marketer needs, like partner landscape, competitor and industry changes and news, and be able to use that knowledge to inform messaging and positioning.
Execute complex projects and programs in a large-scale organization.
Successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results.
Identify and position key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way throughout multiple marketing channels.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years professional experience in product marketing, management consulting or marketing
5+ years experience in the advertising, digital marketing industry
5+ years direct report management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources (e.g. data sets, interview feedback, competitive research)
Experience communicating to multiple levels of an organization including executives
Demonstrated ability to size and prioritize market opportunities and build business cases to drive business strategy
Experience leading marketing for a suite of features
Experience working in a matrixed organization

The pay range for this role is $170,000 to $266,000 USD. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
