The Sr. Partner TAM will develop, manage, and optimize strategic partnerships with Service Integrators (SIs) ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will create and refine engagement strategies, establish support and payment frameworks. You'll have deep expertise in cloud computing, Linux, and service delivery models employed by major cloud providers.As a Senior Partner Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing and refining Akamai Global Services' Service Integrator (SI) engagement strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional service.Establishing and managing the SI engagement and enablement plan, including defining roles, responsibilities, qualification criteria, onboarding, training, and certification.Defining and managing SI tiers and service classifications to optimize service delivery.Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of service delivery strategies and initiatives.Establishing and managing the technical support framework with SIs, including support tiers, RASCI, escalations, SLAs, and offerings.Developing and enforcing processes and guidelines for customer engagement, ensuring high standards and consistency in service delivery.Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:8 years experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, related field or equivalent.Demonstrate knowledge and experience with cloud service delivery models while engaging with partners, enhancing strategies and practices.Experience in developing and managing service delivery frameworks and guidelines.Have explicit knowledge of cloud computing with proficiency in technical solution development integrating Linux into the cloud.Be able to represent excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbalMaintain keen analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on service delivery.Think strategically where your proactive and results-oriented approach marries rapport and trust building skills with stakeholders.Work in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world. The base salary for this position ranges from $101,400 - $210,600/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
