Business Controller - H3S Product & Technology

Purpose of the Job:
The Business Controller, Products & Technology will be responsible overall for the smooth functioning of Finance, Accounting and Analytics across the sub-locations holding the execution of H3S Product & Technology agenda.
This role is primarily focusing on Business partnering and analytical insight to be provided to leadership for the whole technology and product engagement across H3S perimeter, including working closely with the technology and product teams to represent transparently all fiscal aspects associated with product demand and implementation of technology solutions (Capital and Operational Expenses, Return on Investment). This job does require engagement with external technology partners and close coordination with our FP&A COE around Actuals, Forecasting, Budgeting and Ad-hoc reporting for the perimeter.
This role is a key member of the H3S Products and Technology management team and will need to use his/her strong communication, networking and influencing skills to be able to manage and partner with culturally diverse stakeholders and team members spread across multiple geographies and time zones.
Remote Work Policy:
Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees are required to work from the office in Trevose, PA, 3 days a week. # Americas
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partner
Support Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer to track level of completion of Capex projects and develop reporting mechanisms to align product vision and demand with financial consequences of operational execution.Partner with the Product and Engineering leadership (Philadelphia, London, India) to drive the efficiency of Product and Digital Engineering and preserve BL profitability.Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer, throughout the financial year for the production of quarterly forecasts and annual budget.Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer to drive understanding of the financial performance of Product and Engineering and its alignment with the Operational Performance and overall market conditions.Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer for developing a detailed understanding of the relationship with our technology partners and its financial consequences.Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and H3S Procurement organization to ensure continuous review of provider engagements.Partner with commercial analytics to fairly represent utilization of features developed and assess value of those in client's perspective.Key Responsibilities cont.:
Business Analysis / Planning
Presentation of monthly results along with CTO/CPO to senior management focusing on the business drivers of the financial results.Manage the budget, forecast, outlook and 3 Year Plan in accordance with corporate guidelines and timelines.Provide information for management analysis for the Engineering and Product management, on the execution of investments and tracking of return factoring utilization of features and commercial success.Continuously track and report on changes affecting the run rate of H3S Digital operating cost focusing on operational reasons explaining the change in financial profile.Assist in financial modelling necessary for business development, including for example costing for new products, return on capex investment etc with the establishment of a relevant platform to facilitate the analysis.Assisting in the business, legal, tax and compliance reviews of contracts signed under the entities as required. Also, to maintain and review such contracts regularly.Key Responsibilities cont.:

7. Assist Product and Technology leadership in analyzing the sizing of our resources across platforms and propose initiatives to improve efficiencies and profitability.
8. Manage AD-HOC projects mainly with a finance scope.
Monthly Close & Accounting oversight
Ensure timely, complete and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting for Product and Digital Services reporting as well as local management reporting requirements.Manage General and Administration expenditure in line with budgets, re-forecasts and ensure compliance with General Affairs Policy and Procedures (GAPP) at all times.Manage CAPEX governance in line with H3S CAPEX funding process as documented in GAPP focusing on deliverables and return expected. Monthly allocation of cost to capital expenditure in line with time spent by our resources on assets and initiatives.Continuously review work processes to ensure efficient workflow to maximize staff efficiency.

Exposure and experience of change management an advantage.Developed communication and networking skills to enable strong stakeholder relationships and influencing of senior decision makers.Fluent English, both verbal and written.A second language is advantageous but not required.
