Prepare timely and accurate financial statementsMaintain an effective control environmentOversee and manage inventory, ensuring accurate recording of material cost and capitalized labor and overheadAssist in planning and monitoring inventory cycle countsAssist in preparing financial budgetsDevelop and monitor capital expenditure plansLead, coordinate, and manage the annual external financial auditMaintain daily and monthly controls over cash activityProcess monthly tax filings/returnsManage and oversee customer billing and accounts receivableHandle customer credit approvals and release of shipmentsManage accounts payableOversee corporate insurance programs (risk management)Review weekly payrollPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance requiredCPA certification required7+ Years experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsExperience using a full-scale ERP system
