CAPITAL is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Center Representative Manager to lead our BDC team. The BDC Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to generate and nurture leads, driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of BDCs to achieve and exceed targets while managing lead volume in excess of 1500 leads per month.

BDC Representative Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives
Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance
Own the customer journey from initial contact through initial dealership visit
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
Monitor progress towards goals and implement corrective actions as needed
Implement team accountability processes
Provide ongoing training to BDRs on effective prospecting, lead qualification, and communication techniques
Utilize and optimize the use of CRM and other sales tools to track leads, activities, and results
Incorporate market insights into BDR strategies
Achieve Capital Auto Group BDC KPI goals for appointments set and shown
Other duties assigned
BDC Representative Manager Requirements:
Experience in a leadership or managerial position is required
Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and analytics platforms
Comfortable with technology-driven approaches to business development
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles
Ability to find creative solutions to improve lead generation and conversion processes
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
