Bilingual Automotive Business Development Representative

Ed Martin Nissan of Indianapolis is looking for a bilingual business development representative to handle inbound internet processes such as follow up, appointment setting and more.
This position includes a base hourly salary plus performance based bonuses!
This person would be responsible for assisting Spanish speaking guests throughout the sales cycle.
Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
Promptly respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates and videos.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
Report directly to the Internet Sales Manager in conjunction with other sales managers.
Requirements:
Must be reliable.
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
