Jockey is seeking a Digital & Social Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital & Social Marketing Manager will lead Jockey’s in-house social media team, driving innovation and strategic growth across digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing robust channel strategies in close partnership with creative and content teams, with the goal of delivering breakthrough brand storytelling and purposeful product promotions that resonate with our target audience.

This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social media team, ensuring they deliver best-in-class strategies and executions that align with the overall brand vision and goals.

Oversee the creation and execution of channel-specific strategies, ensuring they drive meaningful engagement, increase brand awareness, and contribute to overall business growth.

Partner with marketing, merchandising, wholesale, and DTC teams to develop compelling brand stories and product promotions, aligning with the brand calendar and key product platforms.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop organic social media content, including photo and video shoot planning, to capture high-quality assets to be leveraged in brand and product storytelling.

Lead the strategy and execution for social media influencer initiatives, including community management and social listening.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital and social media platforms, using insights to optimize content, boost engagement, and drive business results.

Collaborate with integrated media and agency teams on paid media strategies, including paid social advertising and boosted content, to ensure optimized performance and reach.

In partnership with the marketing operations team, build and optimize processes and protocols that improve workflow efficiencies, collaboration, and campaign execution.

Stay ahead of digital and social trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth across platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing, with proven expertise in managing social media strategies and teams.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving a team culture of collaboration and performance.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, community management, influencer marketing, and content creation processes.

Demonstrated experience in developing channel strategies and executing social media and influencer campaigns that drive business results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of audience engagement.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
