Lead the Employer and Alumni Engagement team forward with clear expectations and communication for each role and collectively. Create consistent individual and team touchpoints to support growth and development. Build structure to support team goals and track progress. Provide training when needed to ensure all team members receive support needed to be successful in team roles.Manage and streamline large scale and custom recruiting programs for current students across all programs to engage with employers. Lead team working on event coordination with project plans and timelines shared across the Employer and Corporate Ecosystem team. Create and manage employer communications and marketing to support recruiting events and/or programming in all programs, employer sign ups and training (if needed for virtual platform) as well as student sign-ups and training (coordinating with the coaching team). Support recruiting events across all McCombs programs.Advance the just-in-time recruiting strategy across all McCombs Programs. Work with the Business Development and Relationship Management team to understand which employer partners will participate in just-in-time recruiting going forward. Build the engagement model for just-in-time recruiting through specialty small and large scale events across all McCombs programs in spring to compliment campus recruiting.Collaborate with Corporate and Foundation Relations to create new and streamlined career management engagement and partnership packages across all programs focused on student organizations. Work closely with student organizational leaders to understand their goals and build a strategy to offer a new menu of programming that is attainable with corporate partner support focused on recruiting goals. These efforts provide new corporate engagement opportunities to support our corporate fundraising efforts and supports connections with students. Collaborate with Office of Student Life (OSL) and Program Office Student Affairs to manage employer engagement with student organizations. Ensure key employers are getting what they want/need from student organizations and track how their activity fits into overall engagement picture.Inspire leadership and support of dedicated staff: Lead a team of staff who are dedicated and committed to transforming the employer and alumni experience and engagement with students. Ensure that adequate systems and resources are available to manage growth and development of staff. Foster an environment where staff are recognized as innovative and productive members of Texas McCombs community. Encourage collaboration, innovation, ownership and accountability.Manage and streamline all alumni related programming to support all McCombs students. Responsibilities will include assessing program needs and identifying synergies across programs to create programs that allow students to connect with alumni to learn about career opportunities. Lead communication and marketing efforts in partnership with career education and coaching teams to boost alumni and student engagement. Maximize alumni programming such as panels, speaker series, and more as needed across all McCombs programs.Manage CRM database to track employer engagement.
