Education & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, related field required; PHR of SPHR certification or higher is a plus 3-5 years related experience Understanding of talent acquisition sourcing and recruitment methods to find the best talent Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Responsibilities: Assists with full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, creating offer letters, etc. to recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions Create and maintain job descriptions (in partnership with organizational leaders) Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding Maintain records of personnel transactions: hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting Assist in daily benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, changes, employee inquiries and monthly reports Handle leave administration Addresses employees\' concerns, grievances and perform all necessary investigations with recommendations for disciplinary action of violation of any company policies Advise management on appropriate resolutions for employer relations...
