Job Description
Develop and maintain a detailed record of material locations in both the Supermarket and on the Production Floor.
Assist in performing and completing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Review and optimize Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) to align with Kanban card quantities, adjusting bin sizes to minimize discrepancies.
Conduct cross-references between Material destination usage and Kanban issue locations.
Manage and oversee the E-Kanban and ME57 processes, ensuring that purchase orders (POs) are released in accordance with demand.
Collaborate with suppliers to review and confirm material lead times, ensuring timely procurement.
Assist in the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely material delivery.
Address supplier issues related to material delays or quality concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
Update and maintain contact details and supplier locations to facilitate efficient communication.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Recent graduate or currently in the final semester of a degree program.
Available to work full-time, on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong passion for the role, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
