This individual will gain a well-rounded overview of the full Human Resources function through daily tasks and projects, including exposure to onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, and more.The Tepa Companies 2025 Intern Program is a paid opportunity for the duration of 10-12 weeks. Depending on your workload and school schedule, the work schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week in the office location.

Job Functions:Assist with the maintenance of employment filesAssist with maintenance of I-9's and required auditsAssist with employment verificationsAssist with human resources software tasksPerform administrative tasks such as filing, preparing documents, updating materialsSupport safety and training initiativesAssist with special HR projects and assignmentsOther relevant duties as assignedWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORPursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, communication or other applicable majorMust be within two years of graduationAbility to maintain high standards of confidentialityAbility to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyDemonstrates proficiency in Outlook, Excel, WordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to accurately follow instructions
